Jackson Brings Phil Collen PC1-E to the Pro Series

Jackson has introduced the Pro Series Signature Phil Collen PC1-E, extending a relationship with the Def Leppard guitarist that began in 1989. The significant change is positioning: the PC1-E brings Collen’s established PC1 concept into Jackson’s Pro Series rather than reserving it for the company’s higher-priced USA and custom offerings.

That potentially makes the model more relevant than another anniversary signature guitar. The PC1 design has evolved over decades as a working instrument, and moving a version into broader production gives considerably more players access to that layout and feature set.
