PdDroidParty runs compatible Pure Data based musical patches on Android devices. It is useful for building portable instruments and interactive audio experiments from an established patching workflow. A desktop patch may need adaptation to the supported objects, interface and mobile audio environment. Package the associated files together and verify the actual device before relying on a project away from the development computer.
Rehearse the complete routing and save a dependable starting configuration. Test controller assignments and recovery from an interrupted audio device before making the software part of a live performance.
