FreeAMP

FreeAMP adds a simplified selection of analog-style coloration from Klevgrand’s processing approach. It is useful for adding harmonic body to tracks without a complex control panel. It is not a full guitar amplifier and cabinet suite despite the name. Drive and output balance should be judged together, particularly when using the processor for subtle enhancement rather than obvious distortion.
Input level is part of the sound of nonlinear processing. Compare with output gain compensated, and listen to both transient detail and quieter passages before committing a strongly colored render.
