TONEX 2 CS

TONEX 2 CS is the permanent free entry into IK Multimedia’s tone-modeling ecosystem. The current official page includes a starter selection of Premium Tone Models, built-in effects, free ToneNET downloads and model capture. It is useful for playing modeled guitar or bass rigs and exploring learned device behavior. Paid editions and TONEX Rig add content or routing capabilities.
For direct recording, check interface input gain and monitoring latency before evaluating the sound. A pedal or amplifier processor may still need separate cabinet processing, depending on the signal chain.
