dearVR MICRO
By Sennheiser / Dear Reality
dearVR MICRO is a binaural spatializer for placing a source in a headphone-oriented three-dimensional sound field. It is useful for experimenting with position and creating spatial effects without a full immersive speaker installation. Binaural impressions vary among listeners. Check the result on headphones and understand how the processed signal behaves when played through conventional stereo loudspeakers.
Compare the stereo presentation with a mono sum and, where possible, on both speakers and headphones. Image changes can affect apparent balance even when no conventional equalizer or compressor is involved.
