dearVR AMBI MICRO
By Sennheiser / Dear Reality
dearVR AMBI MICRO processes and monitors Ambisonic material, including binaural rendering for headphones. It is useful for checking spatial recordings and working with supported A-to-B conversion workflows. The correct input convention and microphone-specific conversion choice matter. The official free download is separate from buying a microphone, and the plug-in’s documented format requirements should guide setup.
Compare the stereo presentation with a mono sum and, where possible, on both speakers and headphones. Image changes can affect apparent balance even when no conventional equalizer or compressor is involved.
