dearVR MIX
By Sennheiser / Dear Reality
dearVR MIX creates a virtual monitoring environment for headphone listening with supported headphone-compensation options. It is useful for checking a mix in simulated rooms when loudspeaker monitoring is limited. It does not make every headphone response identical. Choose the appropriate headphone profile where available and compare with familiar reference material before relying on the virtual presentation for production decisions.
Compare the stereo presentation with a mono sum and, where possible, on both speakers and headphones. Image changes can affect apparent balance even when no conventional equalizer or compressor is involved.
