DPA Introduces DPK2015 Piano Stereo Kit

DPA Microphones has introduced the DPK2015 Piano Stereo Kit, a purpose-built package intended to make stereo piano miking fast and repeatable for studio and live applications.

The kit is built around a matched stereo pair of DPA 2015 wide-cardioid microphones and mounting hardware designed for quick installation inside a piano. DPA positions it as a plug-and-play alternative within a three-kit piano range that also includes DPK4099 CORE+ and DPK4011 packages.

The wide-cardioid 2015 capsules are intended to balance focused pickup with enough room and instrument ambience to preserve a natural stereo image.
