Tattoo (legacy)

By Audio Damage

Tattoo is a legacy synthesized drum machine with a dedicated rhythm-oriented workflow. It is useful for electronic percussion and programming a coherent synthesized kit. It is officially free through the developer’s discontinued-product archive rather than an unofficial mirror. Older plug-in formats and unsupported status require testing, and a rendered drum stem is useful when archiving an arrangement that depends on it.

When replacing another drum instrument, check note mapping and velocity response before judging the arrangement. The same MIDI pattern can produce a different balance when voices and articulations move between notes.

Unsupported official legacy VST2/AU product; modern formats are not supplied in the archive.
