Qsynth
By Qsynth Project
Qsynth is a graphical front end for FluidSynth. It is useful for loading SoundFonts, configuring MIDI input and managing a sample-based playback setup without using only command-line controls. FluidSynth supplies the synthesis engine, and SoundFont files supply the sound content. Confirm the audio and MIDI routing, and keep the selected bank available when reopening a saved configuration.
The player and its sound content are separate licensing decisions. Keep a note of the library source and save its location with the project so the instrument remains available when reopening a session.
