Neural Amp Modeler

Neural Amp Modeler plays compatible learned models of amplifiers and other nonlinear audio devices. It is useful for direct guitar recording and exploring captured hardware behavior. Model files and impulse responses may be separate downloads with separate rights. Correct input level is especially important when comparing a capture with the original device or another player’s demonstration.

For direct recording, check interface input gain and monitoring latency before evaluating the sound. A pedal or amplifier processor may still need separate cabinet processing, depending on the signal chain.
