NadIR

NadIR is an impulse-response loader often used for guitar cabinet responses. It is useful for completing a direct amplifier-simulation chain or auditioning compatible cabinet captures. The processor and impulse-response files are separate assets with separate licenses. Level, phase relationship and routing matter when combining responses, so compare both individual and blended settings before committing a guitar tone.

For direct recording, check interface input gain and monitoring latency before evaluating the sound. A pedal or amplifier processor may still need separate cabinet processing, depending on the signal chain.
