MonasteryGrand
By MeldaProduction
MonasteryGrand is a sampled concert-piano instrument for MeldaProduction’s MSoundFactory environment, including its free player. It combines a conventional acoustic piano with a Creative version that uses sustained samples, resonators and filtering for more unusual textures. The onboard effects include reverb, delay, compression and enhancement. It is useful for pop and rock arrangements as well as piano-based sound design, with the library installed separately through MPluginManager.
Audition the instrument with the actual musical part, including its velocity range and register. A sound that is attractive in isolation may need a different balance once other instruments enter.
Requires the free MSoundFactory Player or another compatible MSoundFactory edition, plus the separately installed sample library. Current installation uses MPluginManager; the official guide includes MeldaProduction account sign-in.
