Magic Switch

Magic Switch provides an intentionally simple chorus-style widening effect. It is useful for giving a dry synth or supporting instrument an ensemble character without detailed programming. The restricted interface is part of the design rather than a time limit. Listen for changes in the center and low end when using it on material that carries an important rhythmic or melodic role.
Check sustained notes and rhythmic passages separately. Modulation that adds interest to a held sound can blur articulation elsewhere, so the wet balance should follow the role of the part.
