jsfxr

jsfxr generates short synthesized sound effects in a browser. It is useful for game prototypes, interface sounds and electronic accents that need a small, focused editing workflow. Starting from a preset and changing a few parameters quickly reveals how envelopes, pitch and noise shape an effect. Export the result and retain a record of the settings when a consistent family of sounds is needed.

Save intermediate versions while experimenting, especially before a large routing or parameter change. Keeping the original source alongside a rendered result makes later arrangement and revision much easier.
