Ozone Imager

Ozone Imager combines stereo-width control with a display of the signal’s spatial behavior. It is useful for examining an image and adjusting the spread of selected tracks or a mix. It is a separate free processor rather than the full Ozone mastering suite. Use mono checks and reference listening when deciding how much width serves the arrangement.
Compare the stereo presentation with a mono sum and, where possible, on both speakers and headphones. Image changes can affect apparent balance even when no conventional equalizer or compressor is involved.
