CHANNEV

CHANNEV combines channel-strip-style processing in a single plug-in. It is useful for working through tone, dynamics and coloration without assembling a long series of separate inserts. Each stage still deserves a specific purpose. Compare the individual modules as well as the complete strip, and keep input and output gain under control when several nonlinear stages are active together.

Judge tonal changes with the part playing in the arrangement. Matching the bypass and processed listening levels helps avoid choosing a setting simply because it sounds louder or brighter.
