AAS Player
By Applied Acoustics Systems
AAS Player provides access to sounds based on Applied Acoustics Systems’ physical-modeling instruments without purchasing every parent synthesizer. Its current free starter selection includes hundreds of presets, with browsing and a focused set of performance controls. It is useful for exploring modeled keys, strings, percussion and synthetic textures in an arrangement. Commercial sound packs expand the collection; those purchases should be distinguished from the free player and included starter sounds.
For a reusable production setup, save the patch with the session and note any external content it depends on. This makes it easier to reopen the arrangement on another machine.
A preset-oriented player with selected editing controls; additional commercial sound packs and full AAS instruments are separate.
