SSL 360 V2.1 Expands UC1, UF8 and UF1 Integration

Solid State Logic has released SSL 360 V2.1, a substantial software update for its UC1, UF8 and UF1 controller ecosystem. The release deepens Logic Pro and Pro Tools integration, expands the SSL 360 Plug-in Mixer and adds native UC1 control of the Harrison 32Classic Channel Strip V2 plug-in.

Among the more useful changes are synchronized track selection and track-color support in Logic Pro, direct solo/mute, volume and pan control, additional virtual soft keys, automation-mode access in supported DAWs and exportable loudness-data logs in Meter Pro. Existing Harrison 32Classic Channel Strip V1 owners receive the V2 update free. SSL lists the 32Classic V2 at $74.50 for SSL hardware owners, with a launch-period $19.99 offer for UC1, UF8 and UF1 owners.
