The Free Orchestra
By ProjectSAM
The Free Orchestra supplies a curated selection of cinematic orchestral sounds. It is useful for quick scoring gestures, textured layers and exploring the developer’s ensemble approach. It is a focused collection rather than a complete articulation-by-articulation orchestra. Check the current Kontakt Player requirement and account workflow before downloading, because the library depends on a compatible playback environment.
Audition the instrument with the actual musical part, including its velocity range and register. A sound that is attractive in isolation may need a different balance once other instruments enter.
