Verberate Basic offers a reduced free selection of reverberation from the developer’s larger reverb family. It is useful for quickly placing a source in a plausible space without detailed room programming. The restricted choices are part of the free edition. Check the current feature comparison before assuming the full Verberate parameter set or all commercial presets are included.
A send-and-return setup makes it easy to balance the space independently from the source. Check exposed pauses and dense passages, where the same decay can have very different effects on clarity.
