Ultimate Vocal Remover is a desktop interface for machine-learning audio separation. It is useful for preparing reference stems, isolating parts for practice and exploring separation workflows. Different models can produce different leakage and artifacts, especially around reverberation and overlapping sources. The application does not grant rights to the recording being processed, and downloaded models may carry their own terms.
Listen to decays and quiet details after processing, where artifacts are often easiest to notice. A modest reduction that preserves the performance can be more useful than removing every trace of unwanted noise.
