Surge XT Effects

Surge XT Effects makes the project’s effect algorithms available for processing other audio. It is useful for bringing the synthesizer’s creative processing into a mix without using its oscillators. The effects component is distributed with the Surge ecosystem; consult the release documentation for the formats provided on the target operating system.

Save intermediate versions while experimenting, especially before a large routing or parameter change. Keeping the original source alongside a rendered result makes later arrangement and revision much easier.
