Chow Centaur

Chow Centaur models a guitar overdrive circuit and offers several approaches to the modeled processing. It is useful for exploring how drive and tone shaping change a direct guitar signal or another recorded source. As a pedal-style processor, it can be combined with separate amplifier and cabinet processing when building a complete in-the-box guitar chain.

For direct recording, check interface input gain and monitoring latency before evaluating the sound. A pedal or amplifier processor may still need separate cabinet processing, depending on the signal chain.
