Melody Flip

Melody Flip generates connected melody, chord, bass and drum ideas from a selected Palette or analysis of imported audio. It is useful for exploring alternatives when a composition has become repetitive or for developing a first arrangement sketch. More than 250 Palettes provide starting points, and results can be exported as MIDI or audio for further editing. The musician still selects and shapes the output rather than treating a generated suggestion as a finished song.

Available through Roland Cloud Manager 3.1.23 or later, including the free membership tier. Roland account required; paid Cloud tiers are optional.
