Chorus WS-1 supplies a guitar-oriented chorus effect for adding ensemble movement. It is useful on clean parts, sustained chords or a parallel effects path. Rate and depth determine whether the treatment feels like subtle width or obvious modulation. Check the result in mono and in context, particularly when the guitar’s center definition is important to the arrangement.
For direct recording, check interface input gain and monitoring latency before evaluating the sound. A pedal or amplifier processor may still need separate cabinet processing, depending on the signal chain.
