JamTaba is a client for networked musical collaboration using the NINJAM approach. Players work with repeating musical intervals, allowing a different form of synchronization from a conventional low-latency rehearsal link. It is useful for loop-oriented improvisation and remote jam sessions. Understanding the interval structure is essential: what you hear from another participant may belong to an earlier cycle.

Rehearse the complete routing and save a dependable starting configuration. Test controller assignments and recovery from an interrupted audio device before making the software part of a live performance.
