Triple Cheese
By u-he
Triple Cheese uses comb-filter-based synthesis to build sounds with resonant and sometimes unusual harmonic structures. It is useful for plucked textures, synthetic ensembles and timbres that differ from conventional subtractive synthesis. Its playful interface hides a distinctive sound-building approach. Work from a simple patch when learning the instrument so the contribution of each resonant element remains easy to hear.
For a reusable production setup, save the patch with the session and note any external content it depends on. This makes it easier to reopen the arrangement on another machine.
