QjackCtl

QjackCtl provides a graphical control interface for the JACK audio system. It is useful for starting the audio server, checking status and managing connections in a modular production setup. It does not replace JACK itself or supply instruments. Save a tested configuration and understand the selected audio backend before changing device or buffer settings during a session.

Check the selected input, output and monitoring path before beginning important work. A short test file can reveal routing or format problems that are not obvious from a meter alone.
